This report shows what users search for in your store, whether they find it, and whether they buy. AI analyzes every phrase and compares it against your product feed — so you know exactly where you’re losing sales.

I prepare it as a one-time analysis based on your data. I only need two things:

What will you find in the report?
- Most searched phrases — broken down by the pages where users search.
- Search effectiveness — whether search sessions end with a purchase and how much revenue they generate.
- AI classification of every phrase:
- product_name — searching for a specific product by name
- sku — searching by product code (high purchase intent!)
- category — browsing a product category
- attribute — filtering by color, size, material
- brand — searching for a specific brand
- problem — needs help (e.g., “how to choose size”)
- promo — looking for deals, discount codes
- service — asking about returns, shipping, contact
- Feed matching — AI checks if the searched product exists in your catalog:
- ✅ matched — product is in the feed
- ⚠️ partial — close but ambiguous match
- ❌ gap — user searches but you don’t carry it → demand gap!
- AI recommendations — specific action items: what to add, what content to create, what to promote.
Why does this matter?
Internal site search is the most honest signal of purchase intent. The user tells you exactly what they want. If you’re not analyzing it:
- You don’t know which products are missing from your catalog (demand gap)
- You don’t know if your search actually helps sell
- You don’t know what support content to create (guides, FAQ)
- You’re losing conversions: user searches → finds nothing → leaves
